WE DO NOT SERVE PEKING DUCK!
We serve Cantonese roast duck. Cantonese roast duck is a dish from the southern region of China, while Peking duck originates from the north, specifically Beijing.

Peking duck is typically served with just the skin and a little meat, wrapped in a thin crêpe with sliced scallions, and it’s flavor heavily relies on the bean paste served with it. It showcases the technique of crispy skin and knife skills.
In contrast, Cantonese roast duck can be enjoyed on its own, offering a satisfying balance of crispy skin and juicy meat.  While most Cantonese roast ducks are chopped bone-in, we take the extra step to debone our ducks while keeping the skin attached to the tender meat. This makes it easier for our guests to enjoy the duck in fluffy Baos without worrying about bones.
Therefore, if you see a review on us from someone that says something along the lines of, “this Peking duck is totally wrong”... It’s maybe because we don’t serve Peking duck!

BEER AND WINE POLICY!

We’ve thoughtfully curated our beer and wine list in collaboration with a certified sommelier, selecting each offering to complement our menu and elevate your dining experience. Just like our food, every item on the list reflects our commitment to quality, balance, and value.

We’ve also made sure that our beer and wine prices are fair and in line with the rest of our menu — approachable, honest, and meant to be enjoyed.

For these reasons, we kindly ask that guests do not bring outside alcoholic beverages (BYOB). Thank you for understanding and supporting our efforts to create a cohesive and welcoming experience for everyone.

NO DUCKING MSG!

We don't use MSG simply because our food doesn't need it! Our approach has always been straightforward. When chefs work with whole ingredients, natural herbs, high-quality spice rubs, and apply proper burn control and technique, the food speaks for itself.

Cantonese BBQ was already great long before MSG existed - built on centuries of technique, patience, fire, and respect for ingredients. That tradition is what our brand is proud to carry forward.

POSSIBLE ALLERGENS!
Our dishes may contain, PEANUTS, SOY, WHEAT, SESAME, and SHELLFISH. Please alert our staff of any allergies or sensitivities so we can better suggest what to order!
